Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The symposium will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the Allied Health Building (3437 Caroline Mall, St. Louis, MO 63104) on the Saint Louis University, School of Medicine campus. Parking is available in the Curie lot. We strongly recommend that you come at least 15 minutes early to check in before coming to the symposium and we will start the symposium promptly at 8:50. There will be breakfast available starting at 8:15 am. So please consider arriving early.

N.B. We had closed registration earlier this week because we had reached our capacity. With the support of many we were able to move the symposium to a larger venue. If you know someone who would like to attend but was unable to register please have them come to the symposium and encourage them to email us at bullersymposium@gmail.com to help make this event a tremendous success. Thank you in advance for your help.
